Instructor Profile
I have been using and instructing Positive
Pressure Ventilation and Positive Pressure
Attack for over twenty years. I was first
introduced to PPV in 1986 and a year later,
began using the concept after fire control. In
1989 we started using it as an offensive attack
tool (PPA). I strongly believe that if used
properly, Positive Pressure Attack can have a
positive effect on Life Safety, on both
Firefighters and trapped victims .
